Job description:

1. Accelerating performance excellence across factories through IWS (Integrated Work System) and Lean methodologies to drive overall SC performance.

2. Leading and driving process improvement (Process Mining, VSM)

3. Leading the deployment and animation of safety programs (WISE) and performing health check and audits

4. Ensuring strong KPI governance and performance visibility across the operations

Job requirement:

·       Minimum bachelor’s degree in related fields. 

·       Minimum 8+ years of experience in manufacturing / operations, with hands-on experiences in manufacturing, performance improvement and safety management.

·       Strong transversal leadership and stakeholder management capability

·       Proven ability in continuous improvement, problem solving, and data analysis

·       Strong communication and facilitation skills (cross-functional)

·       High level of ownership, accountability, and self-driving

·       Fluent in English (spoken & written) and Chinese

·      Willingness to travel across factory locations, warehouses, and CBU offices.
