ABOUT THE JOB AND YOU
Job description:
1. Conduct fit-for-use evaluation on industry best practices to build a world-class IBP planning for ELN China as well as to get ready for roll-out to other CBUs within Danone.
2. Drive the implementation of Allocation Centre (planning tools) under Vista Project, covering aspects such as DRP module (phase I), regional forecast and further leveraging consumer insights with D2C (phase II).
3. Lead Local-for-Global projects, such as trade flow model and DeepForecast rollouts.
Job requirement:
-Strong track records and experience in IBP process as well as project management
-Experience of business and operations processes in complex environment.
-Leadership to drive alignment and action plans with continuous improvement mindset.
-Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to effectively deliver information, and control project scope.
-Digital savvy.
-Minimum 5 years’ experience in project management and operations.
-Experience in multinational FMCG or consultant company. Fluent English in both written and writing.
-Master of project management.
-Knowledge of supply chain and operations processes.
