ABOUT THE JOB AND YOU

Key Responsibility:
- Retail Sales Target Achievement: 
  Lead the regional retail team to achieve sales targets through retail stores.
- Retail Store Management: 
  Identify market trends and consumer insights specific to retail stores to inform strategic decisions.
- Retail Strategy Development: 
  Develop and execute retail strategies tailored to the regional market conditions, focusing on retail store performance.
- Retail Store Partnerships:
  Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail store partners.
  Negotiate favorable terms and conditions with retail store owners to enhance brand visibility and sales.
  Collaborate with retail store partners on promotional activities, store layouts, and joint business plans to drive mutual growth.
- Compliance and Resource Management:
  Ensure all retail store activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  Implement measures to improve resource utilization and operational efficiency within retail stores.
 
Qualification, Knowledge & Experience:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant work experience, preferably in FMCG or retail. At least 3 years of sales or team management experience.
3. In-depth knowledge of FMCG or retail industry, with experience in retail channel management, market strategy, and brand building.
4. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office tools.
5. Excellent communication and team management skills, with the ability to motivate teams to achieve goals and to collaborate effectively across departments.
6. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with the ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.
7. Strong execution and sense of responsibility, with the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
8. Good learning and adaptability skills, with the ability to quickly adapt to market changes and company development needs.
