Job Description & Responsbilities
Data Management (60%):
l Process with sales flow data from commercial by Excel, and deliver accuracy and timely sales report with the coordination with sales team, commercial and other departments
l Maintain the master data by Excel regularly and manage the approval process.
l Maintain the territory, target and customer information, make adjust the data with the process approval result.
l Collect and prepare the data for incentive calculation, database requirement, and deliver to relevant person accordingly.
Analysis (40%)
l Deliver the sales report analysis with the needs from BU and other departments.
l Monitor master data, territory, target adjustment situations by summarized the database.
REQUIREMENTS /任职资格：
l Minimum of 2 years analysis experience in sized multinational pharmacy/consumer/OTC company or big software company.
l Good Excel skills on MS Office, SQL/Access experience is preferred
l Thorough knowledge of the company’s markets and products.
l Able to work under job stress.
l Fluent English in writing
l Proactive, innovative and teamwork
