SCOPE OF WORK
1. Drive AP product growth
a) Be responsible for business performance of AP
b) Develop overall demand generation strategy & execute with excellence
c) Track & analyze business performance & drive action plans for success
2. Be responsible for band experience and marketing communication
a) Lead brand activation and Always-on marketing activities (campaign, seeding, SEO, SEM)
b) In charge of product superiority communications based on market & consumer trend
3. Investment management
Strategize & manage overall budget behind AP across different platforms to deliver business ambition.
Functional Competencies
1. Solid experience of all-rounded marketing communication (branding, media, seeding, social activation, design, etc.)
2. Has successful experience on – scalable consumer activation planning and execution with marketing budget more than 100 million per year
3. Business acumen with strong analytical skills & entrepreneurship
4. Has experience on consumer experience management online and offline channel
5. Learning agility & sense to quickly catch-up market new knowledge

Education and Experience
• Bachelor’s degree or above
• 10 years above proving record in brand/social marketing, product marketing in IMF/FMCG/Beauty, etc
• Experienced leading a team, above 2 members

Ø Media environment & trend
Ø Influencer management /PR
Ø Number sensitive, new business model sensitive
Ø Experience in new eCommerce business ecosystem
General skills
• Good spoken & written in English and Mandarin
• Good skill in MS office, excel, PPT, word…
