Job Description & Responsbilities

SCOPE OF WORK

1. Drive Aptamil Goat & Kids product growth

a) Be responsible for business performance of APTAMIL GOAT & KIDS

b) Develop overall demand generation strategy & execute with excellence

c) Track & analyze business performance & drive action plans for success

2. Be responsible for band experience and marketing communication

a) Lead brand activation and Always-on marketing activities (campaign, seeding, SEO, SEM)

b) In charge of product superiority communications based on market & consumer trend

3. Investment management

Strategize & manage overall budget behind APTAMIL GOAT & KIDS across different platforms to deliver business ambition.

1. Solid experience of all-rounded marketing communication (branding, media, seeding, social activation, design, etc.)

2. Has successful experience on innovative brand/ small category with marketing budget

3. Business acumen with strong analytical skills & entrepreneurship

4. Learning agility & sense to quickly catch-up market new knowledge

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or above

• 6-10 years of solid background in brand marketing, product marketing in IMF/FMCG/Beauty, etc

• Experienced leading a team, above 2 members

• Specific Knowledge

Ø  Media environment & trend

Ø  Influencer management /PR

Ø  Number sensitive, new business model sensitive

Ø  Experience in new eCommerce business ecosystem a plus

 

General skills

• Good spoken & written in English and Mandarin

• Good skill in MS office, excel, PPT, word…

• Good communication & interpersonal skill

• Ability to work under pressure and dealing with ambiguity
