ABOUT THE JOB AND YOU

Key responsibilities:

1.      Lead a team of 2-3 marketers and assisted Marketing Director to formulate or influence over-arching Marketing strategy of the organization.

2.      Exercise knowledge based leadership and marketing mastery to translate Marketing strategy into business building campaigns and projects. Lead end-to-end IMC campaign execution including KOL selection/management, content quality control, and multi-platform release planning.

3.      Be one of a key faces of the activation team with ownership mindset to engage with market functional team and other stakeholders to gain understanding and support of Marketing especially activation strategy and plan.

4.      Be a middle-level coach to guide and structure the activities of corresponding team, with a clear objective of capability building and coherent of actions towards aligned strategy and plans.

5.      Co-work with brand team to design activation briefs aligned with brand calendar, guiding agencies in proposal finalization, with flawless activations. Collaborate cross-functions to ensure strategic alignment from planning to execution throughout campaign lifecycle to amplify brand relevance.

6.      Drive scalable brand growth through data-driven social/digital campaigns, leveraging KOL partnerships and platform innovations for maximum market penetration.

7.      Establish campaigns evaluation framework with key stakeholders, optimizing ROI and long-term brand equity through tactical adjustments.

8.      Managed approved budget with discipline and stewardship with strict compliance and financial fiduciary.
