ABOUT THE JOB AND YOU
Role Responsibilities:
Responsible for managing CBE accounts (e.g., Alibaba Tmall Global, JD Worldwide) for special medical nutrition products, driving sales growth, and optimizing platform performance.
1. Account management.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with JD and Tmall Supermarket.
- Negotiate and secure favorable terms for product listings, promotions, and marketing resources.
- Monitor platform policies and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for special medical nutrition products.
2. Sales Target Achievement & Business Growth
-Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets.
-Identify market trends and new business opportunities to expand market share.
-Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (e.g., livestreaming, KOL collaborations, platform promotions). Work with brand teams to optimize product listings and enhance visibility. Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies for better ROI.
-Collaborate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and inventory management
3. Data Analysis & Reporting.
-Track and analyze sales, traffic, and conversion data to identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare regular business reports and present insights to management.
- Use data-driven insights to improve account performance and operational efficiency
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 8+ years of experience in CBE account management, preferably in healthcare, nutrition, or FMCG
- Strong understanding of CBE platforms and digital marketing
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong distributor and TP/DP management skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools
- Results-driven with a strong sense of accountability.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
