Job Description & Responsbilities

Responsbilities:

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Lead and be accountable for the day to day operations and business results of overall key account channel
• Lead the key account team to plan and implement assigned key accounts business plans, schemes and activities with support of Category and Channel Development team
• Implement, monitor and review promotional plans and events at key accounts according to activity calendar
• Establish Trade Terms and Budget Plan with Category and Channel Development team for key account channel in compliance with internal DANGO policy and procedures
• Ensure a cordial and profitable working relationship with key account customers on mutually agreed terms
• Execute timely listing in of new products according to planned conversion and phasing strategy in key account channel
• Engage effectively in range review with key account customers on a periodic basis
• Execute Joint Business Plan and conduct business reviews with key account customers
• Assist and coordinate space and category management/visibility projects with key account customers
• Monitor service levels, market returns and inventory of products for key account customers with support from Supply Chain team
• Engage in bottoms up forecast for key account customers, to be included in demand planning process
• Provide market intelligence on competitors and on the latest category trends in key account channel
• Manage and update all assigned key accounts profile database
• Lead Business Review and Scorecard updates for key account customers to all relevant internal key stakeholders
• Timely and accurate updates/ submissions of all pertinent internal and external requests using company processes and tools


REQUIREMENTS:
• Well-equipped experience with Key Account management, with potential to bigger sales management responsibility in 2-3 years
• Experience in leading a small team to deliver business result
• Strong business acumen
• Strategic thinking with Good data-based analytical skills
• Aggressive and results oriented
• Strong inter-personal & negotiation skills
• Shows initiative and flexibility; demonstrates a keenness to learn and self-developments
• Good communication skills in Spoken Cantonese and English. Putonghua would be an added advantage
