Job Description & Responsbilities
1) Build up OPS learning and training framework which focus on functional, technical, on top of industrial also building quality, SC, C&P.
-- Work closely with business leaders & talents to understand functional learning needs and integrate business priorities
--Develop professional curriculum by engaging and facilitating functional expertise;
--Cooperating with CBS and DWC learning team closely to ensure the leadership training program implementation, company projects deployment, functional learning solutions and talent programs development within D2D smoothly
--Monitor the training effectiveness & impact feedback to improve learning course quality continuously
2) For certain specific programs, facilitate training or work with functional expertise to co-facilitate
3) Lead OPS talent program, and campus recruitment program
4) Roll out L10 & below TDP covering all plants assisted by HRMs
5) Develop internal trainers pool and digital training system
