Senior Legal Counsel

Job Description & Responsbilities

主要职责：

· Provide legal support to internal clients (including responsible business unit (iFSMP) and functions, or other business units or functions as assigned) on routine basis, including offer legal consultation, draft and review relevant contracts and templates;

· Proactively support relevant projects within area of responsibility or as assigned;

· Draft/review company policies and continuously improve them;

· Advise on substantial consumer complaints and/or government inquiries;

· Legal watch & study on significant laws relative to the assigned areas;

· Identifies legal issues and risks, issues warnings and proposes solutions;

· Manage and guide external lawyers on legal actions,

· Conduct relevant trainings on various legal topics;

· Develop and contribute to professional knowledge repository of the legal team;

· Review external communication materials and offer advice and risk management solutions where necessary;

· Support and advise on local/international investment projects and M&A matters

任职要求：

· 8+ years PQEs, experience in MNCs and law firms specializing in medical, health care, health/nutritional food, foreign investment is preferred.

· Major in law, LL.B or LL.M

· Strong communication and coordination capability

· Good fast leaning capability and adaptability

· Good independent thinking and self reflection ability
