ABOUT THE JOB AND YOU

1.    Effectively establish, deepen and sustain key relationships with sales team to understand their business needs and related performance gaps, provide oversight and analysis

2.    Work closely with RSD and central cross-function team to create, execute, evaluate specific learning and development projects for real business needs

3.    Support Sales Enabling head on consolidate regional learning needs and provide guidance & innovative learning solutions to sales team, ability to incorporate new and innovative digital learning modalities

4.    Cooperate with the entire learning team (other sales training/capability manager/MKT) on internal training program, developing internal courses, building training materials and field coaching project

5.    Track and measure the effectiveness of related training programs and tools

6.    Work with HR BP to focus on career path of employee

7.    Other assigned tasks.

8.    Education / Professional Certificate: Bachelor’s degree in Medical, Pharmaceutical, HR or Training

9.    Working Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in healthcare or Beauty & Health industry (mainly in sales), with 3 years of leadership and management experience and 5 years of training experiences,RSM experience is preferred
