Job Description & Responsbilities
Job responsibility:
- Supply planning processes including monthly production order placement and forecast provide to factory, daily maintain planning book with order tracking and shipment tracking, Weekly update release plan timely and with clear reasons for the changes.
- Scenario planning to prove the best option to solve the problem or support the decision when issue happened
- Owner of “Release Plan” for all SKU (import and local produced). To communicate the changes and reasons to Sales team. To give priority and drive accelerate process with downstream team for the low stock SKU.
- Inventory management including aging risk actions, freshness balance in different warehouse locations, deployment plan to meet short term needs in each warehouse.
- Co-packing process control for KA and carton inventory management.
- Take initiatives to improve the KPI for the end-to-end supply chain.
Job requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above
- At least 3-year experience in supply chain planning or shipping/logistics
- With supply planning and SAP background would be an advantage
- Strong analytical skills
- Very good command of written & spoken English
- Working experience in FMCG industry is preferred.
- Committed, independent, initiative and good communication skill
