| JOB MISSION |

| MAIN RESPONSABILITIES | 1. Yearly marketing communication and activation plan set up and execution: · Monitor a yearly activation calendar including ATL/BTL & point of sales activation · Brief agencies to deliver strong activation plans for designated projects and content creation (for new content, or localizing global content). · Coordinate the execution with Trade team, BDMs, and distributors in and monitor campaign ROI. · Manage brand presence in events – sponsorships · Regularly connect with local and central stakeholders to align on activation calendar and share best practices with other zones.
2. Lead the innovation/renovation process. · Inno/reno process local owner · Inno pipeline management: Monitor pack renovation/promotion/on pack activations project timeline, set up launch plan and track KPIs in collaboration with sales team. · Packaging: Launch and manage graphic chain process for innovations and renovations in China and be point of contact for EVI central team and agencies involved in the GC process. · Manage existing product portfolio with product performance tracking, review and improvement plan · Local Compliance: Ensure that innovations/renovations SKUs & labels are compliant with local regulations.
3. Consumer, Market & Competitive Insights: · Insights Analysis: analyse market and competitive reports received from our distributors and agency partners and suggest action plans when needed. · Market Trends: Understand and monitor the latest consumer/category trends and behaviour in the China; conduct market visits to monitor in-store executions, and activations relevant to our category.
4. PPE (Budget) reporting on marketing activities: · Thoroughly implement the budgetary process and monitor spending of budget vs. allocation per campaign
5. Implementation and follow-up of various marketing projects, depending on the workload & as per ongoing decided split. |

| PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE | · Would typically have at least 5 years of relevant experience in Mkt (with strong brand marketing experience in both product innovation and communication), ideally within a strong multinational FMCG company (high-end/premium FMCG) · Manage small brands experience · With EC experience is plus |
| ABILITIES & COMPETENCIES | - Strong in project management & organizational skills: planning, setting KPIs, rigorous follow up - With a strong mindset of cross-teams activation: it needs to be a strong link between marketing & sales - Strong data analytical mentality and able to interpret insights behind marketing data (research, MS report, BHT, etc) - Self motivated, autonomous - Leadership & Entrepreneurship - Grit, Tenacity and Motivation - Problem Solving and Flexibility - Communication and Relationship Skills - Ability to interact with multi-cultural stakeholders - Open-minded and pro-activity results and oriented to excellence in execution - Strong users of Digital platforms is a plus (weibo, wechat, tiktok, little red book, e-commerce,…) - English compulsory, Chinese/French will be an added advantage - An eye for premium lifestyle designs & execution |
