岗位职责要求

job description:

1.       Act as the central excellence for warehouse team that provides a holistic and continually evolving view of overall performance analysis including both cost and operation;

2.       Lead the operations for hub and overall DTC, taking responsibility of all SLAs

3. Liaison with internal and external stakeholders, including but not limited to transportation, couriers, 3PLs and commercial team, to continually drive operational excellence for both hub and DTC operations.

Job requirement:

  1. Supply Chain knowledge, especially on logistics and warehouse management, with a proven record of B2C warehouse management
  2. Great data analytical skills that can drive insights from ambiguity.
  3. Has logistics network expansion experience.
  4. Familiar with SAP or other ERP system operation.
  5. Strong Project management exp.
  6. 3rd Party logistics supplier management skill
  7. Ability to work under pressure with frequent travel (>20%) is a MUST.
