岗位职责要求

Trade customer activity planning and execution management

·         Design customized activity plan and prepare by brand promotion calendar and campaign rundown efficiency.

·         Deploy and monitor execution and evaluate result timely.

·         Deep dive activities opportunities and issues to provide proposal to pilot.

·         Work out sustainable development model based on review learning.


Instore roadshow and social seeding management  

·         Amplify brand message and knowledge to engage customers and consumers.

·         Lead for brand content plan design on customized promotions such as instore events and social seeding programs.

·         Monitor and evaluate results efficiency and timely.

 

Budget and spending management

·         Manage budget and track the investment efficiency by providing tracking report and ROI analysis.

·         A&P related PO/MA/GR process management.


Agency management

·         Manage agencies including campaigns, social seeding premium, POSM, and logistics agency etc.

·         Set reasonable KPI and control points.

Develop and deploy performance tracking report.


Functional

1.      Insight and knowledge of FMCG infant category in TMKT marketing or shopper marketing

2.      Good communication and problem-solving skills both internal and external partners.

3.      Excellent data analysis and accuracy capability, preferably for financial reporting experience.

4.      Project management from 0 to 1 successfully experience, preferably for channel marketing related experience.

5.      Brand design and message

6.      Agency and distributor management experience

7.      Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, especially in Power point

 

Qulification

1.Bachelor’s degree, 5+ years working experience in FMCG company

2.Having experience in Trade Marketing or Shopper 3.Marketing (Planning, branding, social media related)

4.Need to have external selling experience in previous roles

5.Sales Management trainee background is preferred
