岗位职责要求

As the co-owner of Aptamil ESSENSIS portfolio, this role will be at the frontline to establish the portfolio strategy and drive our ambition to the market, leading in the most scientifically breakthrough, ultra-premium baby formula space targeting highly sophisticated post 90s, 95s, 00s mums.

It’s a critical role to establish Essensis portfolio strategy and bring superior NPD to the market to drive ultra - premium category growth.

Deliver ESSENSIS portfolio strategy & value proposition

I. Build Essensis portfolio strategy and translate it into winning proposition, pricing ladders, pack design and other brand assets such as KV and product message house, from total portfolio to product specific.

Develop ESSENSIS portfolio and NPD 

I. Starting from portfolio strategy, bring innovation pipeline to live to drive ultra-premium tier growth agenda

II. Lead in-depth consumer/category/competitors understanding, to generate China-for-China innovation ideas.

III. Mobilize cross team and global resource to achieve on-time new launch.

Partner closely with local BU marketing

I. Deliver the RTM & launch plan for new product launch

II. Ensure the implementation of overall brand strategy and communication

III. Understand the current business performance, integrated marketing plan, consumer feedback etc. to optimize further brand innovation strategy

Be the voice of the CN Essensis to the global team

I.  Champion China’s voice in global forums for Essensis.

II. Collaborate on globally led brand design and innovation projects

Functional/leadership Competencies:

1. Strong strategic thinking, good sense of the full business picture and analytical skills to extract meaningful insights for brand strategy building.

2    2. Proven track record of successful innovation projects to bring superior innovation and communication to the market, based on solid market and consumer insight.

      3. Ability to translate complicated technology into easy-to-understand consumer language. Have developed superior brand assets, e.g.: product stories, message house and visual assets.

4. Good communication and interpersonal skills with multi-cross function team. Could lead the agenda and set the stage for great team results.

5. Confidently work with senior stakeholders without losing one’s point of view

Qualitification, knowledge & expertise:

1.     1. Minimum university graduate.

2. 4 years + of mkt experience within FMCG/related industry or infant nutrition, functional food companies. IMF category background is preferred.

3. Experience in managing international/global communication.

4. Fluent in English and Mandarin in verbal and in written.
