岗位职责和要求
Accountability:
- Identify consumer JTBD and dig out consumer insights to develop new product proposition.
- Lead and co-work with multifunction team & agencies to deliver new product mix with superiority and sustainbale financial model to deliver business objectives.
- Closely work with sales and with in-depth understanding of different channel operation design, to design business case fully in line with DBC sales strategy.
Requires
- Familiar with brand development process, NPD project management and brand business.
- Owned consumer engagement/BTL activities or end-to-end brand marketing experience is preferred.
- Good understanding of FMCG dynamic in the retail environment and updating external perspective.
- Strong willingness to study consumer and popular interest.
- Can-do attitude and good communication skills.
