Role description:
Drive CNBU brand growth by translating medical & nutritional science into scalable business models, enabling sales effectiveness, and building credible HCP endorsement across hospital, community, and emerging channels.
Job Responsibility:
1. Medical Strategy & Brand Architecture
- Partner with Medical Marketing Lead to define medical strategy aligned with CNBU brand strategy and business priorities.
- Translate clinical evidence, guidelines, and nutrition science into clear medical narratives that support:
- brand positioning
- target HCP segmentation
- key growth drivers across channels
2. HCP & KOL Engagement Model Design
- Design and optimize HCP engagement models suitable for CNBU’s hybrid environment (hospital × community × retail).
- Build long‑term, compliant partnerships with key KOLs to support:
- brand credibility
- scientific endorsement
- medical education ecosystem
3. Medical Enablement for Commercial
- Develop medical tools, materials, and training programs to enable commercial teams in delivering confident, compliant, and persuasive medical communication.
- Work closely with cross functions to:
- identify capability gaps
- co‑create medical selling stories
- support key product launches and priority initiatives
4. Integrated medical Communication & Medical Content Ecosystem
· Lead the development of medical content across:
o academic meetings
o digital / new media platforms
o internal training and education tools
· Ensure all medical communication is:
o evidence based
o brand consistent
o compliant with China healthcare regulations
5. Cross functional Leadership & Governance
· Act as a bridge role among Marketing, Sales, MA, MSL, and Compliance teams.
· Ensure high quality, compliance, and efficient execution of medical initiatives through clear ways of working and governance.
