岗位职责要求

-         Translate the brand strategy and portfolio into a tactic plan and KPI for tracking

-         Business analysis to identify business opportunity by leveraging internal & external resources and propose action plans

-         Partners with cross functional teams to ensure MKT activities are executed according to strategy

-         Connect with commercial teams to synchronize resources for holistic growth planning

-         As a key interface with sale trade marketing, periodically evaluate the implementation of these activities to steer results towards the annual targets

-         Apply understanding of consumers, competitors, external ecosystem to adapt the creative activation plans

-         Monitor & control marketing budget of the programs under his/her control

Work independently with external agencies/vendors & internal business counterparts
