| JOB MISSION | Manage the development of the AFH business in China |
| MAIN RESPONSABILITIES | Responsibilities 1. Develop and support sales operations and business processes, provide P&L analysis, sales FCST, inventory report, trade expense, and ROI analysis, keep connection and cooperation with internal stakeholders, finance, legal, procurement, and marketing. 2. Monitor and drive the performance via Joint Business Plans with core distributors and customers. 3. Work with nominated AFH distributors to execute the business plan & achieve business targets. 4. Close work with the direct KA to ensure perfect execution in POS e.g. Pyramid of execution, 2nd display, etc. 5. Coach and coordinate with the distributor in the management and development of strategic key customers. 6. Animate channel performance and take ownership of results. 7. Conduct monthly and quarterly business review meetings with executives, both internal and on the distributor side. 8. Close work with the direct KA to ensure perfect execution in POS e.g. Pyramid of execution, 2nd display etc. 9. Ensure promotions & activations can take place as expected, drive compliance in the AFH Channel
Coordinate with trade marketing to plan and execute brand activations. |

| PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE | - Minimum 5 years of relevant sales / category management experience. Expertise in the FMCG industry preferred, in particular AFH channel Distributor Management Experience. |
| ABILITIES & COMPETENCIES | - Mandarin speaking & strong English is a must - Understanding of AFH channel - Relationship building & influencing skills - Stakeholder management across transversal functions - Negotiation Experience Required: >5 years |
