·       Support team leader, and work with suppliers to manage all Beyond Mizone relevant supply point (Factory), including C&P relevant quality complain management etc. covering both ingredients and packaging.

·       Support team leader to develop relevant category sourcing strategies and make good connection with global procurement team to achieve business targets and needs.

·       Lead China BCP reporting process, including organizing milestone communication meetings with relevant stakeholders, collecting progress from relevant stakeholder and peers.

·       Perform category management for assigned ingredients categories, incl. identifying and leading key strategic initiatives (cost savings, sustainability, reformulation/ optimization/ simplification)

·       Ensure supply security through a flexible and resilient supplier network, strong BCP plan and dual source project Identify, build, and develop Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) with key suppliers to ensure supplier continuous good performance

·       Own category reporting and financials, incl. annual budget preparation, PPV analysis, cash improvements, productivity project identification and implementation

·       Support innovation project timely landing through scouting proper suppliers to full fill business needs, incl. design concepts, cost targets, etc.

·       Own procure to pay cycle for procurement process with full compliance to company requirements

·       Lead and implement sustainable sourcing practices and initiate projects to support decarbonization program
