岗位职责和要求
Role Profile:
- This position exists to systematize and scale the company's content capabilities by building and managing a centralized, intelligent Content Bank. The mission is to transform fragmented content assets into a strategic, reusable, and compliance-assured resource that empowers business teams to generate effective marketing and user education materials with greater speed and consistency. A core objective is to leverage AI and automation to boost creative efficiency while maintaining brand voice and quality.
- The role also owns the content production and publishing for Aptaclub and brand's official WeChat account.
Job Qualifications:
1. Strategic Content Architecture: Capable of designing, organizing, and managing centralized digital asset repositories (content bank) to maximize business value while ensuring content discoverability, reusability, and compliance.
2. Content Operations & Technology: Proficiency in managing the end-to-end content lifecycle, with a strong focus on leveraging AI tools for automated content generation, tagging, and optimization.
3. Brand Stewardship & Creative Direction: Skill in upholding brand guidelines, tone of voice, and creative quality across all outputs, especially on key owned channels like the official WeChat account.
4. Process Design & Efficiency Mindset: Competence in creating scalable workflows, templates, and guidelines that enable non-content specialists to produce compliant and effective materials.
5. Stakeholder Enablement & Training: Ability to act as an internal consultant and trainer, promoting the Content Bank's value and coaching teams on its use and on AI-assisted content creation.
6. Analytical Thinking: Aptitude for defining content performance metrics and using insights to refine the asset library and automation strategies.
Education and Experience
Must-Have:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Information Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in content strategy, digital asset management (DAM), or content operations, preferably in a regulated or brand-sensitive industry (e.g.,Mom and baby catogory, healthcare, FMCG).
- Proven experience in building, managing, or significantly optimizing a centralized content repository or asset library.
- Hands-on experience with AI-powered content creation/marketing tools and a strong understanding of their practical applications and limitations.
- Demonstrated success in managing an official brand social media channel (WeChat required).
- Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Nice-to-Have:
