This role will lead the manufacturing excellence for Zone, including capability building, process assessment and upgrade, efficiency improvement, maintenance capability building and general plant management upskills. Collaborating with Global, Zone and CBUs, lead the delivery of the manufacturing performance improvement projects. 

·       Lead the Dan-IWS development of Zone, including the roadmap, coaching, capability building, pillar development and overall health check. Ensure the overall performance journey governance via global ManEx guidance and CBU collaborations.

·       Develop and track the Ops scorecard management, including definition, measurement, tracking and continuous improvement. Continuously improve manufacturing performance and support CBU and sites capability building.

·       Lead the industrial master planning for Zone level. Drive the industrial study for 5-10 years capacity plan and develop associated capex plan for the supply fulfillment.

·       Feasibility study for different scenarios with investment estimation for management decision.

·       Benchmarking with internal and industry to continuously improve Zone manufacturing competency and support CBU capability buildings.
