岗位职责和要求
The purpose of this position is to support the commercial capability head with accountability for the development and implementation of learning program to support ELN China strategic objectives via defining topline learning strategy and capability programs, building up learning journey, updating training content and format to suit business needs, construction of a solid learning infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Support on ELN topline learning program needs clarification, content design
- Execute capability framework that can be used by topline functions and map out the competencies required to build each capability.
- Partner with subject matter experts and resources, both internally and externally to implement and deploy learning solutions.
- Provide world-class learning content and experiences that create lasting behavioral change and improve sales performance
- Own certain learning program design, update and deploy, such as New Employee Training.
- Responsible for learning program related data and report maintenance
- Support “best-in-class” training architecture including new training formats, with online courses and user-friendly online material
- Monitor training program implementation and ensure effectiveness & impact.
Qualification ,Knowledge & Experience
· Bachelor degree in HR, management or related degree and a minimum 3 years of experience in the areas of functional capability development;
· Demonstrate strong track records in conducting learning and development;
· Strong interpersonal skills and capability to communicate effectively with different level of people inside/outside of organization;
· Proven ability to create and maintain a collaborative work environment with critical business partners;
· Demonstrate ability to influence others and accomplish goals within a matrixed environment;
· Champions change, constantly evolving and adapts, demonstrates a sense of urgency;
· Winning spirit and manner, self-motivated;
· Fluent English, both verbal and written;
· Able and willing to travel;
