岗位职责要求

Generate market/shopper insights to support strategic development and translate into channel guidance to improve investment & operation effectiveness in offline channel, ultimately drive the achievement of business target.

 * Responsibilities

 * Responsible for market/shopper study methodology buildup to facilitate strategy development.

 * Collaborate on pricing & promotion planning, execution, and evaluation to enhance investment efficiency. 

 * Translate GTM strategy to assortment guidance/criteria to meet channel differentiation.

 * Develop and implement program to capitalize on the evolving retail landscape.

 * Optimize the related process under the company’s code of conduct to improve operation efficiency.

* Standardize the retail KA internal SOP and improve execution efficiency

YOUR SKILLS

* Bachelor’s degree or above.

 * 3 years+ of trade marketing or sales experience.

* Stronge data analysis capability

 * Be familiar with FMCG industry and especially for offline business.
