SUMMARY:
Implements the Compliance program locally under supervision of the senior compliance manager of ELN to ensure business practices and activities are following related internal guidelines, local laws and regulations and anti-corruption laws. Serves as a strategic business partner for local management, especially for topline business. Drive compliance into digitalization. Coach towards all covered employees, to assure that the company culture of compliance is a natural element in day-to-day business.
PROFILE:
- Position reports to the senior manager of ELN
- Requires strong communication, organizational and analytical skills
- Ability to take complex business situations and develop solutions to ensure compliant growth is achieved
- Background may include Compliance, Finance, Forensics, Legal, Data Science, Data analytics or Auditing
- Proven track record in delivering results, self-starter, solution oriented and ability to manage complexity and drive digitalization is a must
- A proven ability to influence business decisions and business partners is a must and broad business experience is a preference
