Role Purpose|


We are looking for a Strategy & Business Growth Expert to own the end-to-end topline growth agenda for the business unit. This role drives measurable growth by setting clear brand and business goals, building a disciplined Topline Circle (localized closed loop), identifying growth engines through data and market insights, and orchestrating cross-functional teams to land strategy into execution.


You will be acting partner to help business take the right. You will not be expected to build every detailed plan or run every activity. Instead, you act as the growth architect and integrator, connecting Marketing, Sales, BI and external partners into a structured PDCA rhythm to address critical business challenges and continuously improve performance.

Key Responsibilities|


1) Own Business & Brand Growth Strategy & Annual Planning

Lead the definition of brand goals, growth strategy, and measurement framework, and translate them into a robust annual plan to achieve business targets.

Under the business unit setup, identify annual business objectives covering brand and sales, ensuring one integrated growth narrative.

Drive strategic clarity on “where to win” and “how to win” with measurable outcomes and shared accountability across functions.


2) Turn Data + Consumer/Market Insights into Actionable Growth Plans

Lead the topline growth loop by working closely with cross-functional teams to identify ongoing key business opportunities through deep dives across multiple data sources.

Conduct regular brand/business performance analysis using multiple data sources and tools, ensuring performance is continuously optimized across touchpoints .

Translate consumer, market, and competitive learnings into prioritized, measurable action plans with clear impact metrics, milestones, and owners.

Identify growth engines and new business opportunities, converting them into trackable action plans and ensuring they can be measured and reviewed.


3) Own Strategic Resource & A&P Investment Decisions

Own and manage Marketing A&P budget from a business growth perspective.

Evaluate whether current brand plans and resource allocation are optimal; identify strategic investment opportunities and re-balance investment across initiatives/markets as needed.

Under budget constraints, maximize business impact and brand visibility through disciplined prioritization, measurement, and ROI logic—ensuring resources are deployed where they drive the most growth.


4) Mid- to Long-Term Strategy & External Perspective

Drive mid- to long-term strategy by identifying future growth spaces, strategic scenarios, and investment opportunities—balancing near-term growth delivery with future strategy building.

Serve as the key contact window across internal stakeholders and external partners/agencies:

Facilitate cross-team collaboration and alignment

Generate business-relevant insights and strategic opportunities through partner ecosystem

Bring an integrated internal + external perspective to inform decisions and unlock growth




Candidate Profile|

6–10+ years of experience in strategy, business growth, brand management, commercial planning, or business performance management.

Strong ability to connect data → insight → strategy → action plan → measurement, and run a closed-loop operating rhythm.

Proven experience leading cross-functional work through influence (matrix leadership), aligning stakeholders and driving outcomes without micromanaging execution.

Solid business acumen: comfortable owning topline logic, SOM/brand objectives, performance diagnostics, and resource allocation decisions.

Strong communication skills: can drive executive-level clarity, facilitate decision forums, and translate ambiguity into structured plans.

Budget ownership/optimization experience (A&P) with an ROI-driven and prioritization mindset.
