岗位职责和要求
1.Achieve yearly sales target and gain share in JD
l Make solid sales plan monthly, quarterly and yearly, update sales process timely to ensure sales process is on track
l Ensure good resources in customer to ensure sales process is on track
Follow sales plan and timely analysis results, adjust sales plan according to root cause when result is not good
2. Find effective way in investment and ensure P&L under control
l Choose suitable promotion package and ensure ROI of investment
Monthly financial review with related team
3. Recruit new user in strategic level and daily work
l Get insights from data analysis and timely review
Execute NU recruiting plan to drive sustainable growth
4. Good Communication in internal and external cooperation
l Be good at listening and asking to find key message from cooperator
Good communication skill to increase customer emotional relationship
5. Manage TP team in supporting business
Set goals and define TP’s responsibility, good communication to make sure their good serving in operation
6. Manage the co-construction of stores and events with the platform.
Combined with the needs of the brand and the platform, complete the store display and event cooperation

Education and Experience
· Bachelor’s degree
· 3 years Ecommerce working experience, having taken roles in JD/Ali FGS management is preferred
