岗位职责和要求
Project management
l Develop EC MKT onsite activities with shopper insight and well understanding platforms
l Plan and manage onsite advertising to generate traffic to achieve sales target
l Work closely with internal and external and client side to deliver results
- Set the appropriate KPIs and lead activation cycles from plan->execute->result tracking, ensuring the activation objective achieved with reasonable ROI.Data Analysis
- l Analyze EC shopper and traffic date and propose action for improvement
Seek for growth opportunities for channel from data insightRoutine UED optimization - Consumer experience upgrading via integrating branding contents and platform tools
ANP & vendor management
- Follow finance process for budget management;
Manage relevant vendors to ensure campaign execution quality and efficiency
Functional
- Strong EC knowledge and sense
Familiar with EC platform and EC advertising
- Strong consumer and shopper insight
- Critical thinking in off-site and onsite creative and industry understanding
- Working experience related is a plus.
Leadership
· Strong leadership in digital campaigns in agency & vendor management
- Experience Critical thinking in off-site and onsite creative and industry understanding
- Quick Learning capability and strong sense of responsibility.
- Good time management.

Qualification
Education and Experience
· Bachelor’s degree, with eCommerce/digital marketing field, with solid background of campaign planning and execution.
General skills
· High sense of responsibility and strong willing to win
· Solid project management skill to handle multi-tasks and work under pressure
· Good communication skill
· Good spoken & written in English and Mandarin
