岗位职责要求

Role Responsibilities:

Responsible for managing both traditional e-commerce distributors and private domain (DTC) channels, covering general trade and cross-border products, to drive sales growth and market expansion.

1. Private Domain (DTC) Operations. 

-  Develop and execute private domain strategies (WeChat mini-programs, membership stores, community sales).

-  Manage KOL/KOC collaborations and loyalty programs to enhance customer retention.

-  Analyze user behavior data to optimize private domain sales funnels.

-  Distributor of Private Domain management.

2. EC Distribution Channel Management.

-  Develop and maintain relationships with key distributors (e.g., Tmall/JD distributors, regional dealers).

-  Negotiate contracts, pricing, and promotional plans to maximize sell-through.

-  Monitor distributor performance/inventory/pricing, improve sales efficiency

3.  Data Analysis & Reporting.

-  Track and analyze sales, traffic, and conversion data to identify growth opportunities.

-  Prepare regular business reports and present insights to management.

-  Use data-driven insights to improve account performance and operational efficiency

 

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree

- 6+ years of experience in EC distribution/DTC roles, preferably in healthcare, nutrition, or FMCG

- Experience with both general trade and CBE models

- Entrepreneurial spirit with a focus on results.

- Adaptable to hybrid trade models and fast-changing environments.

- Collaborative team player with strong execution skills
