岗位职责和要求
R&R
- Lead shopper mkt and channel trade mkt strategy and collaborate with sales/brand mkt to deliver business result
- Drive consumer understanding and deliver business insight
- Lead strategic portfolio demand generation model(APF/ESSENSIS/NUTURIS), and demand FCST
- Drive brand and channel integration include content/channel activation/livestream/design/Red
- Lead paid media strategy(Ali/JD/Red/DY tbc)
- Lead efficient trade mechanism to serve user growing objective
- Manage investment and P&L covering both ANP and TS
Qualification
- At least 10 years of work experience
- Background: E-commerce Trade MKT(preferred), followed by SHOPPER MKT. Sales experience is a plus.
- Strong data analysis and insight capabilities, structured business thinking, Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and business models, proactive in driving business growth, resilient and adaptable to change
- At least 6 years of team management experience
