Capex Pre-review Before Approval and Post-review After Approval          

•Conduct deep-dive analysis and review on business case, key assumptions, key drivers, trends, and indicators, and provide insightful opinions to support strategic decision-making

•Track the business case, Capex spending to ensure the performance and payback achievement

Zone Central Capex Project Management            

•Coordinate with Capex project team, to control the project budget, monitor forecast and project/Capex phasing

•Monitor project contract, PO, GR process to ensure the compliance and efficiency

Capex AOP and Rolling Forecast Management   

•Develop and manage Capex AOP and RF process in CNAO Zone, provide proposal for smart resource allocation , ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives, and accuracy of Capex forecast phasing

Zone Capex Control Guideline Enhancement and Optimization   

•To continuously enhance and optimize Zone Capex Control Guideline, to ensure compliance and implementation in CBU and cross-function team
