岗位职责和要求
• Be responsible for OVH actual tracking as well as system reporting with accurate and timely manner.
• Actively participate in continuous standardization and improvement of OVH cost controlling process
• Expense validation and Goods receipt approval
• Support team to enhance OVH management digital transformation
• Provide analytical support for OVH related inquiries and offer insights for decision-making
Ø Education and Experience
· Bachelor degree or above major in accounting or financing
· 3-5 years related working experience in multi-national companies or audit firm
Ø Specific Knowledge
· Solid accounting knowledge
· Expense management experience is preferred
· Power BI or other digital tools is a plus
Ø General skills
· Logical thinking and strong analytical skills
· Good team work spirit and self-motivation
· Strong sense of responsibility
· Fluent English both oral and written
· Skillfully use Excel
