岗位职责要求

The role will partner closely with medical nutrition product and digital health team, driving the adoption of digital health solutions through meaningful engagement, advocacy etc by providing technology solutions or digital enablement. He/She will focus on understanding HCP needs, designing tailored digital experiences, and fostering trust in technology-enabled care delivery. This role combines expertise in healthcare IT, digital engagement strategies, and stakeholder collaboration to accelerate HCP advocacy and amplify the impact to consumers/patients of digital health initiatives.

### **Key Responsibilities**  

1. **HCP Engagement & Advocacy Building**  

   - Design and execute digital-first engagement strategies to engage with HCPs on digital health tools and drive advocacy.  

 

2. **Digital Solution Design & Personalization**  

   - Lead the development of consumer-facing digital health solutions leveraging AI, wearable tech, and health data analytics. Drive innovation in personalized health management, preventive care, and lifestyle intervention platforms with a consumer-centric approach.

 

3. **Stakeholder Collaboration**  

   - Serve as the primary IT liaison for expert marketing, digital health departments and Adult Medical or PEADs team.

   - Collaborate with marketing and medical affairs to develop HCP-focused digital engagement platform and tools.  

 

4. **Ecosystem & Vendor Innovation**  

   - Identify and pilot emerging technologies (e.g., generative AI for clinical documentation, VR training simulators) tailored to HCP needs.  

   - Partner with healthtech vendors to ensure solutions align with HCP workflows and compliance standards.  

 

5. **Advocacy Metrics & Iteration**  

   - Define and measure KPIs for HCP advocacy (e.g., referral rates, participation in co-design initiatives, social proof).  

   - Continuously refine engagement strategies based on HCP feedback and market trends.

### **Qualifications**  

**Education & Experience**  

- Bachelor’s/Master’s in IT, Digital Health, Business, or related field.  

- 7+ years in **digital health technology roles with digital HCP engagement solution experience** (e.g., product management, IT business partnering, digital enablement).  

- Proven track record of driving HCP adoption of digital tools (e.g., telehealth, clinical AI, mobile health apps).  

 

**Technical Skills**  

- Expertise in digital engagement platforms (e.g., CRM systems, HCP platforms, virtual collaboration tools).  

- Knowledge of healthcare industry solutions and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).  

 

**Soft Skills**  

- Exceptional ability to **build trust and credibility with HCPs** through clear communication and active listening.  

- Strong influencer with experience mobilizing cross-functional teams and HCP champions.  

- Agile problem-solver with a focus on user-centric design and rapid iteration.
