岗位职责和要求
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic HR Leadership: Partner with the Supply Point Head and HQ HR to define and execute the HR strategy that supports operational excellence and employee engagement.
- Talent Acquisition & Development: Lead recruitment, onboarding, and talent development initiatives to build a strong and capable workforce.
- Employee Relations & Engagement: Promote a positive work environment, manage employee relations, and drive engagement and retention strategies.
- Performance & Capability Building: Implement performance management processes and support continuous learning and leadership development.
- HR Operations & Compliance: Ensure accurate and timely HR operations, including HRIS, people cost & budgeting and compliance with Chinese labor laws and Danone policies.
- Organizational Development: Support change management, culture building, and continuous improvement initiatives at the site.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within a manufacturing or supply chain environment.
- Strong knowledge of Chinese labor law and HR operations.
- Experience in a multinational or matrix organization is preferred.
