IT Product Owner - Sales (Contractor)

Serve as IT PO for SFA, Asset & Material Management System, Sales route planning systems, Partner with Digital team, to provide daily L1 support and deliver regular system release plan,
Serve as PM on specific project for her/his product. Manage internal and external suppliers and other resources to ensure project deliverables; develop project timeline and report to Steering Committee
Technic facing: Product design ability to co-build business process with multiple solution and micro-service from sales mid-platform to resolve business problems，and work with IT & Data teams to design system solution proposal under IT solutions strategy.
Business facing：Ability to visualize high-level business needs into specific requirements for processes, data, organization and solution architecture; Ability to engage solution architect and service partners in the development and implementation of specific technology solutions
Vender management：Run daily project/daily support with Service Provider, manage vender regular review and contract with purchasing process
Follow IT & Data Governance Processes and Internal Control
