Responsibilities 岗位职责
1. Regularly tracking order and delivery phasing ,update delivery risk；Coordinate resources across functions to ensure service levels based on demand change.
定期监控订单到签收进度，识别发运风险；基于需求的变化，协调各方统筹资源，以确保订单交付。
2. Regular check KPI performance and ensure the achievement through closed-up management.
定期跟进KPI达成情况，通过闭环管理（异常预警，原因分析，行动改善）以保障目标达成。
3. Based on the change requirements of KA customer service, take the lead in developing solutions and coordinate regional supply chain implementation.
响应KA客户服务的变更需求，牵头制定解决方案并协调区域供应链实施。
4. Responsible for the evaluation, P&L calculation and service package design of NKA's new customers and customized projects.
负责NKA新开客户及定制化项目的评估、P&L测算、服务包的设计。
5. Sort out logistics operation processes, identify optimization points, reach consensus through cross-departmental communication, and promote the implementation of improvements.
梳理现有物流运作流程，识别优化机会点，通过跨部门沟通达成一致的解决建议，推动改善落地。
Competency Requirements 能力素质要求
1. Strong end-to-end supply chain expertise；较强的供应链端到端知识
2. GTM and TCTS management capability.；市场通路管理和总服务成本控制
3. Project management skill；项目管理技能
4. Communication skill / Influence / execution ability；良好的跨部门沟通协调能力、影响力
5. Excellent data analysis capabilities；良好的数据分析能力
Position requirement / Critical experience 岗位工作经验要求
1. Bachelor degree above, major in logistics management, supply chain management preferred.
本科及以上学历，物流管理、供应链管理专业优先。
2. At least 5 years logistics management experience in large foreign capital or joint venture, at least 2 years working experience in logistics manager or supervisor position.
5年以上大型外资或合资企业物流管理经验，在物流经理或主管岗位从业2年以上工作经验。
3．Experience in supply chain solutions is preferred.
有供应链解决方案经验优先。
