We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Medical Channel Governance Supervisor to join our company. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in supporting the Medical Channel Governance function, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal compliance policies. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, investigative sense and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. The person will be responsible for verification of the company's meeting expenses with HCPs, such as self-organized conferences, sponsorships, grants, and donations; undertake large-scale project audit work, accurately identify various loopholes in process implementation, internal control, and expense use, and promote the optimization of compliance management and control; at the same time, be responsible for data collection and analysis, employee compliance training, so as to ensure that the company's expense use is compliant, efficient and controllable.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Financial Review and Investigation Capability: Proficient in the review standards and processes of various expenses such as personal reimbursement, lecture fees, and corporate payments, with solid investigation and research capabilities; have an in-depth understanding of compliance review norms and relevant policy requirements in the pharmaceutical industry, and can accurately identify compliance risks in expense review to eliminate non-compliant expenditures.
2. Audit Capability for SDG Projects: Familiar with the operation mode of HCOs, have experience in auditing SDG (sponsorships, donations and grants) projects, and be able to independently complete the audit work of SDG-related projects to ensure compliant project implementation and reasonable expense use.
3. Data Collection, Analysis and Reporting Capability: Possess strong capabilities in data collection, collation, summary and analysis; be able to form logical, focused analysis reports through the analysis of various information such as conference expenses and audit data, providing data support for management decisions and compliance management optimization.
4. Compliance Training and Communication Capability: Have good communication and training skills; be able to conduct training on compliance knowledge, expense review standards, etc. for company employees to popularize compliance concepts; Contribute to the development of training materials and participate in delivering sessions to educate employees on compliance best practices, regulatory requirements.
5. Problem Identification and Compliance Enhancement Capability: Possess keen risk insight; be able to deeply identify the root causes of problems in expense use and process implementation, put forward practical optimization suggestions in combination with compliance requirements of the pharmaceutical industry, improve the internal control system, strengthen the company's compliance management level, and reduce compliance risks.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including legal, audit, and business units, compliance to ensure alignment on compliance initiatives and risk mitigation strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, audit, business or a related field; advanced certification in compliance or risk management is a plus.
- 3+ years of experience in compliance monitoring, risk management, or a similar role within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, or a reputable accounting firm serving pharmaceutical or healthcare line of business.
- Solid understanding of global and regional healthcare regulations, particularly those governing interactions with HCPs and HCOs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in tools such as Excel, SQL, or data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Experience conducting compliance post-checks and program audit, with a proven ability to identify risks and recommend actionable solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey technical information clearly to diverse audiences.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Have a rigorous and meticulous work attitude, strong sense of responsibility and pressure resistance; be familiar with relevant compliance requirements in the pharmaceutical industry; be able to independently complete various audit and expense verification related work
