Role Profile:

•        Be responsible to Danone multi-bev strategy business intelligence function. Report on business performance in independent and objective manner; deliver actionable insight to address business questions

•        Support DBC BI Sr. manager as part of whole Bev BI working team, independently handling multi-beverage category related BI tracking, diagnosis, and review work.

•        Support Head of Data and performance on zone beverage related strategic initiatives.

•        Expedite data automation and AI agent implementation in zone

Area of Responsibility:

Routine category and performance tracking

Routine performance tracking report delivery and market insight digging through multi data source.

Category and Danone performance forecast

Forecast category and Danone performance by combining business knowledge and forecast model output. Keep year to go assumption on check.

Explain past and predict future business diagnosis

Deliver synthesized business diagnosis and outlook for monthly review forum, and other forums e.g., quarterly business review, strategy plan etc.

Data and report automation, visualization

Data automation through power BI

Data expert in BU and Zone strategic initiatives

Fuel business teams with data and insight, to build data driven innovation business case, annual operation plan, strategy plan, quarterly business review etc.

Functional Competencies:

1. Deep understanding of business performance tracking tool kits, data parameters include retail audit, brand health tracking, shopper panel, expert interview and category forecast.
2. Ability to create explain past & predict future business diagnosis for category and business.
3. Ability to present story telling business review in front of senior management.
4. ‘MECE’ (Mutually Exclusive Collectively Exhaustive) and ‘hypothesis-driven validation’ mind set in business diagnosis.

5.      Sharp business acumen, capable of thinking from marketing and sales perspective.

6. Mastery of office and data software, e.g., excel pivot, SQL query, think cell, power BI.
7. Ability to develop Power BI dashboard and Copilot AI agent independently
8. Beverage category knowledge is a bonus;

Qualifications:

1.      Bachelor’s degree or above, majored in marketing or statistic.

2.      5+ years’ working experience in business intelligence domain.

3.      Working or usage experience of Nielsen in retail measurement data is a must.

4.      Working or usage experience shopper panel data or brand health data is a bonus.

5.      Skilful in Power BI or other data automation and visualization tool, capable to do independent dashboard development

6.      Experience in forecast and modelling is a bonus.

7.     Fluent English and Mandarin

8.      Able to travel often, mostly between Shanghai and Guangzhou
