岗位职责和要求
Position Objective (Unique value of this position)
· Support on DBC digital transformation journey, focus on Marketing and Production Innovation area, to provide the best digital solutions to support DBC growth ambitions by the long-term process improvement, system design, and digital capabilities change managements.
Responsibilities:
1. Build the digital solution portfolio and roadmap for Marketing & Product Innovation, with aligning business strategy and work out the solid plan to implement DBC digitalization building blocks.
2. Forster cross-function communications to identify opportunities from top-line business process, and improve process efficiency by introducing suitable digital solutions.
3. Bridge the detail business requirements between business and IT team by high level and detailed level requirement specifications, and design the best way of working to improve communication efficiency.
4. Define the criteria in system development and operation steps to secure the digital system quality.
5. Establish change management work plan across for digital system and process rollout.
6. Introduce digital trends and best practice to stakeholders and build up the digital mindset internally.
Requirement :
1. Bachelor’s Degree, and >=8 years’ experience on requirement analysis, digital system design & development, project managements, system support
2. Familiarity with FMCG digital solutions, familiar with CRM, Social Listening, Consumer Insight, Product Innovation, or 3rd-party social platform experience is a plus, excellent for Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint skill
3. Experience with agile project management and digital product design methodology.
4. Demonstrated communication skills, with ability to identify, structure and deliver impactful change initiatives.
5. Good business sense and presentable English
