岗位职责和要求
Support & development Perfect Store strategies rooted in deep shopper journey insights. Translate overarching brand and trade visions into actionable, scalable POSM plans that drive seamless execution across national markets. Own the end-to-end cycle from strategy design to field implementation, performance tracking, and insight-led optimization. Leverage strong project and budget management to ensure flawless rollout, while continuously closing the loop between consumer feedback, retail execution, and future planning
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Planning: Define the annual POSM and Perfect Store roadmap aligned with brand priorities and shopper behavior across channels (offline, e-commerce, emerging). Integrate consumer and shopper insights to shape compelling in-store experiences.
- Execution Excellence: Translate national strategies into detailed, market-ready execution plans. Partner with regional teams to ensure consistent, high-quality rollout of POSM materials, merchandising solutions, and brand activations.
- Project & Budget Management: Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of POSM projects, from brief and creative development to production and distribution. Manage trade marketing budgets (ANP/TS) with rigorous tracking, ensuring ROI optimization and adherence to financial guidelines.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Brand Marketing, Sales, Category, and Procurement to align on priorities, secure resources, and streamline processes. Act as the bridge between HQ strategies and field realities.
- Performance Measurement: Establish KPIs and tracking mechanisms to evaluate execution effectiveness. Conduct post-implementation reviews, gather field feedback, and use data to refine future initiatives. Drive a continuous improvement cycle.
- Vendor & Agency Management: Source and manage external partners for POSM production, ensuring quality, cost-efficiency, and timeliness.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: 5–10 years in Trade Marketing, Channel Marketing, or Field Marketing within leading FMCG companies (e.g., Unilever, Mars Wrigley, P&G, Nestlé). Proven track record in managing Perfect Store / Perfect Execution programs.
- Strategic & Executional Agility: Demonstrated ability to translate HQ-level strategies into actionable, localized execution plans that resonate with diverse retail environments. Experience working both at regional and national levels is a must.
- POSM Expertise: Deep knowledge of POSM development, from concept to production, including material innovation, cost management, and supplier coordination.
- Budget Management: Strong financial acumen with experience managing trade marketing budgets (ANP/TS) and driving cost efficiencies.
- Analytical & Insight-Driven: Ability to mine shopper/consumer data, identify trends, and apply insights to improve in-store effectiveness. Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Collaboration & Influence: Excellent stakeholder management skills, capable of aligning cross-functional teams and influencing without authority.
- Language: Fluent in English and [local language] – written and spoken.
