岗位职责和要求

Mission of the role

Based on deep understanding on channel and brand, develop by brand channel strategy and investment model; design by channel value chain, meanwhile own brand trade flow.

Key Responsibility
Brand diagnosis & channel plan
  • By brand performance diagnosis based on TF
  • Co-work with MKT on the brand acceleration model
  • By channel plan, including price, investment model etc.
Brand financial & trade flow
  • Owner of by channel trade flow, SKU level, provide solution for potential risk
  • Update brand value chain based on channel plan
  • Cross function co-work
Giant customers' activation collaboration
  • Contact window of MKT for: brand-related affairs, quarterly channel landing plan, resource allocation
  • Contact window of demand team on monthly brand trade flow
  • Standardize ANP process & principle to meet brand activation and compliance needs.
Functional Competencies
  • KA & EC channel experience, excellent at channel understanding, has enough insight to make channel choice and priority
  • Brand MKT & shopper understanding
  • Demand and finance knowledge
  • Cross function collaboration and leading to success
  • Well communication & listening
Experience: (Senior Mgr Level)
  • Min 3+ years on KA or EC sales experience, professional at channel understanding
  • Min 2+ years direct TMK working experience, at least 1+ yr TMKT experience of leading a specific function
  • EC (especially Giant customer) TMKT experience will be preferred
Education: university graduate (at least)
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Fluent in English oral and written, strong in presentation
  • Strong capability in PPT and Excel is a plus
  • Will to learn and team work spirit
  • Will to travel and be in-market
