岗位职责要求

This role is strategically designed to drive customer acquisition and brand education for Danone Early Life Nutrition (ELN) through Key Account (KA) channels. The incumbent will leverage consumer insights and channel-specific dynamics to develop tailored DDPP strategies, customized brand education programs, and NU recruitment plans. The position ensures alignment between ELN’s business objectives and the unique operational needs of KA clients (e.g., medical circle stores, PC stores, etc.), fostering long-term partnership success.

Key Responsibilities
1. Develop consumer DDPP strategies tailored to KA client store types (e.g., medical circle, PC stores) based on consumer insights and channel differentiation, ensuring optimal in-store execution to drive conversion rates.
2. Design and implement channel-specific brand education & new customer acquisition programs by analyzing KA client needs, integrating AIPL (Awareness, Interest, Purchase, Loyalty) frameworks to maximize recruitment and retention.
3. Collaborate cross-functionally with NTM, Marketing, and KAM teams to ensure seamless execution of strategies, including resource coordination, data-driven adjustments, and post-implementation evaluation.

Requirement:
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years in M&I KA marketing, with proven experience in consumer insight-driven campaigns.
• Strong background in DDPP optimization and brand education program design.
• Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, BI platforms).
• Fluent in English (written and verbal).
• Willingness to travel, moderate to high travel frequency (30-50% of time).
• High-intensity workload requiring sustained performance under pressure.
• Preferred: Experience in digital marketing tools (e.g., CRM, AIPL modeling) and cross-cultural communication.
