岗位职责要求

Role Purpose


Build solid relationships with the customer at both headquarters and regional levels. Collaborate with internal field sales teams to achieve annual sales targets. Leverage insights into the market, categories, customers and shoppers to develop category business with key accounts and deliver added value to customers.


Key Responsibilities


1/Develop and deliver the annual Joint Business Plan (JBP) for the customer; independently conduct business negotiations.

2/Utilize customer data to formulate sales strategies and extract business insights.

Drive the execution plan, implement headquarters initiatives, establish cooperation models, and ensure effective collaboration in regional markets.

3/Monitor and control all relevant trade/marketing expenses to ensure compliance and budget adherence; optimize contract terms in line with annual objectives.


Requirement

- Minimum 4 years of key account management experience in the FMCG industry

- Familiar with FMCG market dynamics and operational processes

- Understanding of the infant formula category

- Strong consumer behavior insight

- Excellent organizational and management skills

- Strong market development, project coordination and negotiation capabilities

- High work enthusiasm and sense of responsibility; able to work under high pressure

- Willingness to travel frequently
