岗位职责要求

 

Key Responsibility:

  1. Make channel strategy and conduct JBP in JD including operational approach and best path for industry development, and the implementation.
  2. Lead the team to achieve the sales target and ensure trade spending efficiency, responsible for full P&L.
  3. Optimize the shopper experience cross touchpoints, make effective shopper acquisition and lifecycle management plans based on data and insights.
  4. Maintain customer relationships with mutual benefits. Lead the cross-function communication, to ensure the successful completion of cross-function collaboration.

Job Qualification:

  1. 5-8 years Experiences in JD customer management
  2. Strong logic thinking and data analysis skills
  3. Excellent learning ability and curiosity in innovation, experience of leading JD team
  4. Familiar with office software, especially Excel & Power Point
  5. Fluent in presentation of Consumer insights analysis and customer industry business plan
