岗位职责和要求
Key Responsibility:
- Make channel strategy and conduct JBP in JD including operational approach and best path for industry development, and the implementation.
- Lead the team to achieve the sales target and ensure trade spending efficiency, responsible for full P&L.
- Optimize the shopper experience cross touchpoints, make effective shopper acquisition and lifecycle management plans based on data and insights.
- Maintain customer relationships with mutual benefits. Lead the cross-function communication, to ensure the successful completion of cross-function collaboration.
Job Qualification:
- 5-8 years Experiences in JD customer management
- Strong logic thinking and data analysis skills
- Excellent learning ability and curiosity in innovation, experience of leading JD team
- Familiar with office software, especially Excel & Power Point
- Fluent in presentation of Consumer insights analysis and customer industry business plan
