Position Objective
Build and maintain stable relationship with regional media and influential KOLs.
Promote and protect the positive corporate/brand image through comprehensive messages and agile communication skills.
Support business by developing communication plan according to aligned strategy.
Responsibilities
• Create favorable media environment for business development
ü Manage regional media to keep favorable relationships with them.
ü Handle media enquiries or interview requests.
ü Organize PR events, including press conference, offline engagement events, interviews, factory visits etc.
ü Provide valuable insight on the development of media, including new trends, personnel change, restructure etc.
• Build positive and creditable company image, and make it a competitive advantage and a strong enabler for business growth
ü Understand business priorities, support business initiatives by developing comprehensive communication plan.
ü Fully leverage national events, like CIIE, or hot social topics to create massive buzz.
ü Innovate communication contents and tools to amplify the impacts.
• Protect company reputation and business
ü Mitigate the negative impact to business through efficient media communication.
ü News monitor to identify negative news and give alert timely.
• Develop the content engine to fuel communication
ü Manage or contribute to content pool to provide updated messages for ext. and int. communications.
ü Develop communication documents, including press release, executive interviews, speeches etc.
