Global Stakeholder Influence: Build and maintain strong relationships with global stakeholders, including senior management and local partners. Ensure effective collaboration and demonstrate strong negotiation skills. 

Insight generation: Identify trends, opportunities, and threats from market and unmet consumer needs. Use insights to inform portfolio strategy and innovation development. 

Innovation design: Build and grow innovation that consumers will want to buy and that will be superior to competition. Engage and lead cross-functional teams on your projects to ensure they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. 

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred. 

Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in innovation or product development, with a proven track record of managing global stakeholders and delivering successful product initiatives.

Leadership: Demonstrated capacity to influence and negotiate to lead implementation. 

Strong Organizational and Time Management: Exceptional ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Communication: Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with all audiences, including senior leaders, in a structured manner.

Best-in-Class Processes: Expertise in implementing and maintaining best-in-class processes for innovation and product development. Proficient in conducting concept testing to validate new ideas and ensure they meet consumer needs and expectations.
