Production & Maintenance Head

岗位职责和要求

· Define and lead the contribution of production teams to ensure the factory delivers superior products, at the highest quality standard with right cost and on time.

· Drive safety culture and ensure full compliance.

· Contribute to and execute the Factory Strategic Choices & Masterplan.

Drive Lean Manufacturing implementation and coach the Production Teams towards Operational Excellence through Best Practices and Manufacturing Standards.

Education and Experience

· Bachelor degree or above.

· 8+ years' & above relative working experience.

· Food industry with Capex project experience is preferred

Specific Knowledge

· Wise (culture & standards)

· lean manufacturing tools

· Capex & asset management

· Equipment & maintenance management (AM/PM)

· Energy management

· IMF production & quality control

· Change management/ HACCP/Validation

General skills

· Good command of the English language is a must

· Computer skills

· Project management skills
