We operate on a unique business model: partnership with local distributors. We work with more than 150 distributors, operating in more than 110 countries. JOB MISSION

1. Lead the development of a new RTM model together with the sales team in order to unlock further business growth and improve channel management

2. Conduct research and planning for top-tier city distributors, formulate optimization schemes for distributor and downstream channel layouts, and ensure implementation.

3. Conduct in-depth analysis and develop a controllable value chain for channels, ensuring the rational distribution of channel profits and achieving superior store coverage and execution.

4. Upgrade the internal business planning system for distributors, establish a point-of-sale evaluation system and set execution standards.

5. Participate in the design and development of digital channel expansion tools, exploring innovative models for expanded coverage.

 

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Minimum 8 years of relevant sales / category management/ RTM experience in FMCG industry. University Degree. Masters Preferred.

• Understanding of FMCG Industry and RTM in the key channels (Ecommerce, off-premise, away-from-home channels) • Good planning and project management skills to engage multiple teams, build scenarios and make proposals

• Relationship building, influencing & negotiation skills

• Stakeholder management across transversal functions

• Mandarin speaking & strong English is a MUST
